Thursday 19 March:
rounds : 1 push-up, 2 Burpees, 3 air-Squatt.
Beginers : 5 round then 2 mins break (total 4 rounds).
intermédiate : 10 rounds then 2 mins break (total 6 rounds).
Advanced : 100 rounds.
Friday 20 March :
4 round of : 100 Single Under, 500m run.
Saterday 21 March :
So 50 single Under then 50 Sits-up, then 40 and 40 then 30 and …
Advances : Dubble Under.
Sunday 22 March :
Amrap (As Many Round As Possible) in 40 minutes. (KB = Kettlebell).
20x KB swing.
20x KG Snatch.
2x KB lunges 5M (with the KB in your hands).
